Waypoints and
Routes
➤ To receiveincomingwaypoints on SeaTalk or NMEA:
1. TodisplaythewaypointlistpressMARKS followedbytheWAYPOINT LIST
softkey.
Pressthe WAYPOINT TRANSFER soft key.
2. Pressthe softkeyRECEIVE WPTS FROM ST/NMEA.
Thesoftkey changes to STOP RECEIVING WAYPOINTS.
Whenwaypoints aretransmitted byotherequipment theyare addedto the
waypointlistonthechartplotter.Routestransmittedon NMEAare
appendedto theroutelist.
3. To disablewaypointtransfer, press the softkey STOP RECEIVING WAY-
POINTS.
Alternatively, press ENTER,orCLEAR, twice to closetheWaypointList.
➤ To sendthewaypointlist on NMEA:
1. Displaythewaypointlistaspreviouslydescribed,thenpress the WAY-
POINT TRANSFER softkey.
2. Pressthe softkeySEND WPT LIST ON NMEA.
Thesoftkey changes to STOP SENDING WAYPOINTS.
Thewaypointand routelistsaretransmitted from the chartplotter to other
instruments on NMEA.
