Follow a Route
Youshould alwayscheckthetargetwaypointbeforeinitiatinga follow
route.
➤ To followthe currentroute:
1. Pressthe GOTO defaultsoft key. The Goto/Followsoft keysaredisplayed.
2. Pressthe FOLLOW ROUTE soft key.
Alternatively, to follow a route:
1. Placethecursorovera routeleguntilthelettersRTE andthe routesoftkeys
aredisplayedthenpressFOLLOW ROUTE.
Your vessel’s currentpositionbecomes theorigin,and thetargetwaypointin
thecurrent routebecomes the activetarget.
Thesoftkeys changeasfollows:
Theseoptionsaredescribed inthe followingsections.
➤ To followthe currentroute in reverse:
1. Pressthe ROUTE defaultsoft key, followedbyMORE. The routesoftkeys
aredisplayed.
2. Pressthe REVERSE ROUTE softkey. The currentroute is reversedon the
screen. PressENTER or CLEAR.
3. Pressthe GOTO defaultsoft key. The Goto/Followsoft keysaredisplayed.
4. Pressthe FOLLOW ROUTE soft key.
